Architectural (topographic) Survey
This type of survey is often required by local municipalities when the property owner is undertaking new construction. It is used by architects, engineers and contractors for design and building purposes. An architectural/topographic survey may or may not include the establishment of property corners. This survey includes, but is not limited to, location of natural and manmade features such as buildings, walls and fences, swimming pools, landscaping, trees, sidewalks, patios and steps, visible utilities, street curbing, driveways, roof height, spot elevations and sometimes contours. A map of survey is supplied the client in digital autocad.dwg format and also a pdf file along with hardcopies.
