Property Survey

When a property owner wants or needs to know the limits of their property, a boundary survey is performed. Depending on the circumstances, anywhere from one to all the property corners are found or reset. Some of the most common reasons for requesting a boundary survey are disputes between neighbors, construction or replacement of walls or fences along the property lines, setback issues for new construction and landscaping. When you buy an expensive property in southern California you should know the limits and liability of the property you are acquiring. A map showing the results of the survey is normally supplied to the client.
